Terms of use

Your account
You must provide accurate information and protect access to your email and password. Accounts may not be used for fraud, automated abuse, unauthorized resale, or unlawful activity. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Guest purchases
Submitting a guest order request creates a pending order-access account with the email used for that request, unless an account already exists. Verify that email and choose a password before signing in to view prices, pay or follow your order. Entering an existing email does not grant access to its account.
Products, prices, and availability
Descriptions, images, prices, taxes, delivery options, and availability may change. The checkout review and confirmation will show the details applying to a purchase. We may cancel and refund orders affected by evident pricing errors, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, or destinations we cannot serve.
Payments and orders
When enabled, Square will securely process payments. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and MAJOSA confirms it. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Pickup orders must follow the confirmation instructions.
Food information
Read labels and contact MAJOSA before purchasing if allergies or dietary restrictions are relevant. Artisan products can show normal variations between batches. Package information takes precedence over a general website description.
Fair use and changes
We may suspend access that threatens customers, MAJOSA, or its systems. We may update these terms as services and markets expand; the effective date will remain here.
