Privacy notice

What we collect

We collect the information needed to create and protect your account, answer requests, process purchases, deliver or prepare orders, and provide order history: name, email, optional phone, addresses, consent records, order details, and limited security data such as hashed IP and session identifiers.

How we use it

We use personal information to provide requested services, prevent fraud and abuse, communicate transactional updates, meet accounting or legal obligations, and—with separate consent—send occasional marketing. Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn.

Service providers

We use Hostinger for hosting and email, Brevo for transactional email, and Square for payment processing when checkout becomes available. MAJOSA will not store complete card numbers; Square handles payment data under its own privacy terms.

Retention and protection

We retain information only as long as reasonably required for accounts, orders, security, tax, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Safeguards include access controls, encrypted connections, secure password hashing, expiring one-time links, revocable sessions, rate limits, and data minimization.

Your choices

You may review or correct profile and address information in your account. To request access, correction, deletion where legally available, or ask a privacy question, contact us. Some order and accounting records may need to be retained.
